Iapsales.com LLC was established in 2003 and is the sister company to Innovative Air Products located in historical Exeter, NH.  Innovative Air Products was established 32 years ago as a manufacturer’s representative dedicated to providing commercial heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment to schools, hospitals, office buildings, factories, warehouses and various other large corporate buildings throughout Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire.

Iapsales.com LLC targets its efforts towards residential home improvement products while maintaining and utilizing the expertise gained from years of being immersed within the HVAC industry.  This company markets and sells its products solely over the internet.

We are a family owned corporation.  The Castonguays are proud of our efforts to remain cutting edge in our product offerings that help guide you the consumer in the latest technological developments within the construction and engineering community. 

We are a small company and throughout our 30 + years in business we have learned two very important keys to success: honesty and integrity.  We understand that every customer has different needs and we will work to make sure that you purchase the product that is right for you. We pledge our commitment to you by maintaining extensive product knowledge for all of the items that we offer through continued factory training and on-site visits to the factory plants.  Our goal is to provide you continued expert sales support and superior customer service as we have with our many satisfied customers throughout the years.

 We are authorized dealers for the merchandise that we sell and only promote products that we fully support.  Many of our items have been pre-tested in our own homes for efficiency, durability and quality.  If the product does not meet our high standards or we receive unacceptable factory customer service we will no longer offer that item through our company.  It is important to us that you are satisfied with the product that you purchase and that it meets all of your expectations.  If it does not, we will work with you to rectify the problem.
